The payment options form we provide at the initial examination appointment shows the total fee for the orthodontic treatment recommended by Dr. Mettler. The total fee includes the preparation of orthodontic study models, diagnosis and treatment planning and the formal consultation as needed.
We offer a variety of payment options, including:
- Cash or checks
- American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA
- CareCredit
- Our office is contracted ONLY with Delta Dental Insurance. However, we will be happy to assist in billing for orthodontic treatment from other insurance plans. With so many dental insurance programs, we’re unable to have complete knowledge about each program and each patient’s status with respect to their program.
